Hello everyone, my name is Megan and I am currently enrolled as a student at Ashford University. I am working toward my Cyber and Data Security degree. In my blog, you will read about my journey through my classes and progression to my degree. I hope to share several sites with you all to further your own adventure within the information technology field.

Background:
I have always had a hand in using information technology at the surface level. The surface level of technology being using programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and gaming software. About a year ago I figured out that I love technology and I want to be apart of the further evolution of technology. I might not ever be someone who creates a great thing but I can be the one to help maintain it. 

I am hoping to use the information in this class to progress into a different career. By applying lessons and information from this class I want to work on software programming for the U.S. Air Force. While in the Air Force I am trying to work part-time as a content moderator for artists and creators online. With more experience and versatility I am hoping to get a job with a studio so I can apply my artistic skills and technical experience as well.
